Plant Layout & Development
Most manufacturing people would agree the layout of the plant plays the biggest part in the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process and flow.
We have proposed layouts for many different areas and processes:
- Manufacturing
- Assembly
- Material Handling
- Component or W.I.P. warehousing and inventory control
- Finished goods warehousing and inventory control for F.I.F.O., SPD, J.I.T., etc.
Some of these areas may be of more concern than others depending on the type of needs or programs.
Plant Layouts, Systems Engineering, and Facility Readiness; these three topics are areas we have seen the greatest need and request for assistance from our customers. We have had a great deal of experience working on projects large and small in many different manufacturing environments. It is that experience and exposure over the years that has made us very instrumental to our customers in making choices and deciding direction for their programs and business.
